Working with both nonprofit and commercial arts organizations in the entertainment industry, Lindsay and her team are quickly becoming the go-to thought partner for industry leaders because of her intersectional knowledge of the arts, both onstage and off.
As the founder and principal consultant, Lindsay leads organizations through workshops, panel discussions, or multi-month processes aimed to critically analyze all areas of their operations through an anti-oppressive and equitable lens. Lindsay is a Certified Diversity Professional through the National Diversity Council. She earned a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University, a certificate in Arts Management and Equity in the Arts from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and earned her Master of Science in Arts Administration from Drexel University.
